well...today my tutorial is about to start the pc as quick as possible

Several start-up programs at start-up list takes a major role to slow-down a clean pc.so removing unnesessary programs from start-up list will do the job

What are start-up programs?
start-up programs are nothing but the programs(installed programs such as yahoo mess,gtalk e.t.c) which start automatically while the system starts......

How to remove unnesessary programs from start-up list???

click :run>msconfig>startup

a window opens like the below screenshot

uncheck the programs that you think its not nesessary to start automatically at start-up,and click apply

tats all!!u have done

HATE WAITNG FOR WINDOWS TO SHUT DOWN? USUALLY TAKES 30 SECONDS !!!!!!!

Follow below steps:

Go to START> RUN> REGEDIT OPEN

1) HEKEY_CURRENT_USER

2) Control Panel

3) dESKTOP
INSIDE the desktop folder> on the ride side (this is were we speed up ur start button
(menushowdelay) were doing another today, u will see this> WaitToKillAppTim..
u right click it > modify > its set at 20000 > set it to 10000 ! click ok this ones done
on the same page u see HungAppTime > right click it> modify >change the setting of 5000
to 1000 > click ok... close out HKEY CRRENT USER ....continue to the next step

OPEN
4) HKEY_USERS

5) .DEFAULT

6) CONTROL PANEL

7) DESKTOP
INSIDE the desktop folder, on the right side u will see the same apllications right click
on HungAppTimeout> modify > setting is at 5000 ,set it to 1000 , click ok ! then on that
same page u look further down and see WaitToKillAppTimeout which will be set at 20000,
change it to 1000(one thousand) click ok, and close all those windows to get back to ur 5
HEKEY folders. . . . continue to the next step

OPEN

HEKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

9) SYSTEM

10) CurrentControlSet

11) control
Inside that set u will see 5 tabs(right side, red ab's) , the bottom one WaitToKillService
Right click it >modify > change the setting of 20000 to 1000 (one thousand) , click ok
WHEN U SHUTDOWN, WINDOWS SOMETIMES ASKS U TO TERMINATE A PROGRAM.NOW IT WILL DO IT AUTOMATICALLY
close em out and get back to the 5 HEKEYS ,, almost done more set .. keep going ...

OPEN
12) HEKEY_CURRENT_USER

13) Control Panel

14) Desktop
ON the right side inside the desktop folder, u will see a bunch of applications,see
AutoEndTalks , right click AutoEndTalks >modify> set is at 0 set it to 1 click ok and ur done,

exit out,that finishes this tip....

Hey Scorpion, I have found a new Way that is not so much Complicated to SHUT Down WINDOWS in Just 2 SECONDS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you have to do is to Open Task Manager
>Press Ctrl+Alt+Del
or
>Right click on Taskbar and Select Task Manager.

After That Go to the SHUT DOWN Menu..
Now Keep the Ctrl Button Pressed and Select SHUT DOWN..
And Here You Go..

I didn't had any Complications while using this..
But I dont know fully that it is Safe or Not.

So Try at your Own Risk and Find it Out..
